Dr. Kauderer examines your feet and how you walk to identify exactly what your orthotic needs to correct.

A precise mold is cast directly from your foot while off weight-bearing, capturing its true shape, not its collapsed standing shape.
3 · Fit & follow-up
Your orthotics are custom-fabricated, with versions for sneakers and dress shoes, and we fine-tune the fit at follow-up.
Why casting technique matters
An orthotic is only as good as the mold it's built from. A direct cast of the foot captures its precise contours, allowing a more exact correction than the traditional foam-impression method, which is why patients who were disappointed by previous inserts often do well with ours.
