Dyker HeightsFoot & Dental Wellness

Welcome, new patients

We're committed to listening to those we're privileged to serve, and to exceeding your expectations. Here's how to make your first visit smooth and stress-free.

  1. 1

    Call to schedule

Call us at (718) 232-2100 and our staff will find a time that works for you. Same-week appointments are usually available. Let us know whether you're seeing the podiatrist, the dentist, or both.

  2. 2

    Gather your information

Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records or imaging. If you've seen another doctor for the same problem, notes from that visit help too.

  3. 3

    Arrive a few minutes early

Plan to arrive about 15 minutes before your appointment to complete new patient paperwork, or ask us to send the forms ahead so you can fill them out at home.

  4. 4

    Meet your doctor

Your first visit starts with a conversation. We take a complete medical history, examine the problem, explain what we find in plain language, and agree on a treatment plan together, with time for all of your questions.

Insurance & payment

We accept most insurance plans as full or partial payment, including UnitedHealthcare, CIGNA, Oxford, Horizon, Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, HealthFirst, and Medicare for podiatry visits. Call before your appointment and we'll verify your coverage so there are no surprises. For treatments not covered by insurance, ask our staff about pricing options.
