Dr. Kauderer has treated the full range of foot and ankle conditions for 30 years, from heel pain and sports injuries to diabetic wound care and foot surgery. A graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine with surgical residency at Lutheran Medical Center, she is board certified in both Podiatric Orthopedics & Medicine and Foot Surgery, and is a past president of the American Association for Women Podiatrists. She speaks English, Spanish, Italian, and French.

- Do I need a referral to see the podiatrist?
- Most patients do not, but some insurance plans require one. Call our office and we can check your coverage before your visit.
- What should I bring to my first podiatry visit?
- Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of any medications you take, and the shoes you wear most often. If another doctor has treated the same problem, any notes or imaging help too.
- Does Dr. Kauderer treat diabetic patients?
- Yes. Diabetic foot care is a core part of the practice, including routine exams, circulation and nerve testing, and wound care. Medicare and most insurance plans cover diabetic foot care.
- Do you offer appointments in Spanish, Italian, or French?
- Yes. Dr. Kauderer is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, and French.
